Well, that's what we thought when we dreamed up Half Full - a place for friends to gather, eat, drink, and celebrate the good things in life. Then the opportunity arrived to take over a little retail space in historic downtown Lewes, Delaware, and we couldn't resist the challenge. Join us - from happy hour to the late-night hours - for pizza, wine or beer, maybe a sweet treat, and a brighter outlook. We may be small (who says size matters?), but it only gives us a better opportunity to handpick some really interesting wines and use all of our favorite ingredients.
There were times when we thought, "Is it possible to turn just 500 square feet into a restaurant?"
Being eternal optimists, we thought positively yes. Maybe it's because we live at the beach that our spirits are so high. In any case, we couldn't be more excited to bring something new and different to Lewes. Now, what we want to know is…is your glass half full?
